Return/ Exchange Policy

Customers are advised to read the sales and exchange policies carefully before making purchases.

• No cash refunds will be given at any time. WEworkz Online reserves the right to deny exchange if item is found to be damaged by customer.
• Refund of items purchased are not allowed if items are found to be damaged, with verification made by WEworkz.
• Items for exchange must be returned to WEworkz in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact, within 10 calendar days of WEworkz’ date of postage of delivery items (inclusive of days for freight/courier), or within 3 days of receipt of products.
• WEworkz will not be liable to bear the cost of the postage for exchanges.
• WEworkz decision shall be final.
