WEworkz strongly believes in the value of empowerment. This is done through a 3-pronged approach:
1. EMPOWERMENT THROUGH TRAINING
Each member first goes through a series of Mindset Training and Confidence Building courses before taking up a skills-set course. The process prepares them psychologically to enjoy a more fulfilling process as a whole.

Once the member has completed the Mindset Training and Confidence Building Course, as well as her chosen skills-set course, she is then exposed to opportunities to produce crafts, which are then sold through various channels like the WEworkz online store and retail booths made available to them. WEworkz also works with various individuals, retailers, institutions, and corporate partners to facilitate business opportunities.

2. EMPOWERMENT THROUGH AN ENVIRONMENT OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP
WEworkz provides retail opportunities throughout different times of the year at both fixed and ad-hoc locations in malls, stalls and events. This allows members to exercise their entrepreneurial and customer service skills as the booth spaces are manned and operated by the members themselves.
